Microwave Eggless Brownie

Brownie is a square or rectangular chocolate baked treat. It comes in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density.

I am sharing the simplest version of Brownie which is among the first few bakes of mine approximately 9 years ago. It's the most frequently made brownie at my home. It's easiest and fastest which can be done in 5-10 mins in Microwave.


  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 Cup Flour

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 6 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Oil

  • 30 gram Chopped Walnuts

Let’s get Started:

  1. Put the Stove on, and keep the vessel of milk on it. Add lemon juice to it & give a boil.

  2. Keep it aside to cool it and reach up to room temperature

  3. Sieve flour, sugar, baking powder, Baking soda and cocoa powder together & mix well.

  4. Add oil & milk to it and mix it with Cut and fold method

  5. Finally incorporated chopped to it & transfer the mixture to microwave safe vessel lined with baking paper.

  6. Bake it for 5 mins at 170 degree in microwave oven.

  7. Serve it with chocolate syrup or ganache & topped it with small walnut for garnish.

  8. Store it in fridge & heat little (15-30sec) before serving.

Tips: It tastes the best when served with a scoop of vanilla Ice Cream, topped with chocolate sauce.
